I disagree with the Avalon spouter’s reasoning of not letting 2nd home owners vote. I don’t believe in 2nd home owners voting. But Avalon and Stone Harbor are now towns for wealthy owners. They can afford the properties and will spend to either renovate or rebuild. The owners who bought in late 90’s should cash out and settle in places where their dollars will go a long way. Most of problems in Cape May County are the result of local politics. It’s been a good old boy network for far to long. Time for experienced administrators and department heads.
