The "Wrap" article about parking woes, Stone Harbors parking ticket explosion, no available parking spots in Avalon has left out the golf cart. This is the reason we have no parking with hundreds of these things riding around taking up spots. The owners cars stay parked all week and now these locust scatter about 7 Mile Island taking up valuable parking. They are double dipping so to speak.
