I love reading Spout Off. There's always someone with a piece of information I hadn't heard or considered. Sadly, there's always someone to make fun of the writer on a personal level. The word bullies. Usually the same handles over and over. These folks need to get a life, volunteer, or get a job. Maybe half they'd feel better about themselves.
