I thought the contrast between last week’s severe thunderstorm and the beautiful ocean scene shortly after was interesting. The storm had more lightening than most. It only lasted about 2 hours. It was also the first time I tried the “pano” setting on my iPhone to get the Avalon rainbow end to end. Note the natural beauty and the absence of wind farms in this view. I watched the recent British Open at The Royal Liverpool Golf Course and they showed views of the ocean near the course – populated with wind turbines. How sad to lose their natural beauty.
