Smile, you're in Speed Isle. I was walking on Landis and came upon an accident. The witnesses said that someone was trying to cross in the crosswalk and was waving to slow down a car. The car struck the pedestrian then the striking car was rear ended. Not sure why the people in charge are ignoring the speeding problem, but hopefully this is a wake up call. Prayers go out to the pedestrian.
