Elderly visitors will likely not be able to walk the 4 blocks to where there is free parking in residential areas. 2. Per another spouter’s comments, is likely illegal to force use of payment via an app per Governor Murphy’s law stating businesses need to accept cash. 3. Is inconvenient at best. Who wants to arrive for their day of fun and waste time downloading an app? 4. Increases risk of stolen info, access required to phone contacts, why???
