Reading the articles concerning the arches in Cape May. It’s interesting that so much is related to past history. Question is how many arches were there really in the past? It would be advantageous to restore our beaches to the safe bathing conditions of the past before more arches are constructed. The group (committee) reporting on replenishment should take the lead to make bathing safe once again in Cape May. Incidents occurring in the water must be reported in the interest of public safety.
