I am putting my words into print for posterity...Mark my words climate change deniers, ALL oceanfront properties will be UNINSURABLE in less than 20 years, probably a decade. Insurance companies have already pulled out of Florida, which is the lowest-lying state in the country. The rest of us aren't far behind.
