Every teacher I know says the same thing is wrong with the school where they work. Cell phones are causing big problems. Distracted students, parent interruptions, phones ringing in the middle of instruction, students refusing to turn them off, administration refusing to set or follow policy. Something needs to be done or more teachers will leave.
