I went to pay my water bill and the doors were locked at 4:30 (extended) I asked someone getting off the elevator why I couldn’t go up and she said that the doors lock at 4:30 but the employees have to stay until 5:15. How is that benefiting taxpayers? If employees are being paid to 5:15pm then the doors should be open. Whose idea was this? Not a good one
