While cruising in to town on Saturday evening to Stone Harbor we were confronted by a large man standing in the middle of the street with his arms in the air angrily waving them downward in a SLOW DOWN motion. We were doing the required speed limit. my wife had to go around him into the oncoming traffic lane. I had some words for him, we’re doing the speed limit! Get out of the street, to which he replied something about a loose dog. Standing on the side of the road waving your arms overhead would have been the proper way to warn drivers of danger of some sort ahead. Get out of the street bud!
