How can Shore Animal Control continue to receive reports on problematic owners & properties and not follow up 6-8 weeks later, unannounced to check on conditions? Why should it take repeated calls and compliants? A lot has been lost with not having our own Animal Control Officier. There should be zero tolerance for repeat offenses. You never hear what the outcomes are of citations. The animal issues are Quality of Lifes issues for both residents and the animals.
