I am one of those Stone Harbor residents that likes ParkMobile a lot. As one spouter said, it is likely to help the turnover of parking spaces for the benefit of shoppers, and I, for one, am more likely to pay for parking since I don't need change to do so. I don't gamble on enforcement anymore. I like the fact that I am more likely to find a space on 96th and be able to pay for it easily.
