You would think that a traffic study would have been done showing that the 2 lane roads in and around he area can’t possibly handle the traffic, but apparently not. From what I have heard, traffic around existing dispensaries, that have much better access roads is considerable and constant. I envision traffic from the back bridge as heavy into town, and I think people on Sunset might be understandably upset. How much traffic can the area reasonably accept? What is the cost of the money it brings? How much is too much?
