I just don’t get it golf carts, running all over the streets in Cape May people holding infants on their lap no seatbelts. Aren’t they considered legal vehicles on the road? Don’t you have to have your kids in car seats. Don’t you have to have seatbelts in your car and wear them what makes the golf carts different
