No electricity in the Wildwoods this weekend. Hmm. After we tear down a nice summer cottage let's put a dozen or so condos in its place. Each condo has a minimum of 2 people and one vehicle. Do the math. The island is overbuilt and overpopulated. Add hot weather and the heavy use of A/C units along with EV's, E-golf carts, E-bikes and additional charging stations for these energy gobblers and it's no wonder the existing grid can't handle the load.
