For many years, I was under the belief that State run facilities had received a bad rap from the general public, But, now I’m not so sure, when a person I know has waited 5 months or more to get pay that had been owned to them, well maybe some if not all of the general conception of the very very slow wheel of our government moves so slowly, that if you were starving for nourishment or to pay their bills, one you would receive threatening late payment notices from the debts you owed, and forget about food you would have to get another job, at least that’s how old school people live, pathetic!
