Washington DC is an alcohol town. Recent events indicate they can wander, but alcohol rules the roost. Ever notice most alcohol parties start quiet and reserved, and end with many yelling their darkest secrets for all to hear? I hear the best way to know what’s going on in DC is to know a bartender or waiter there, because while in town gossip if frowned upon, out of town is fair game according to rumors. Do you have one of those? Supposedly, it’s the only way to know what truly going on. I think people would be surprised at just how many of the people they see on TV are functional alcoholics.
