Thanks to the Herald for printing the spout about the phallic symbols in the sand at little Beach. Now they are showing up everywhere! Little Beach at the Cove. I spoke to an officer and he said they are aware of it. What does the police department know and when did they know it? This has been going on for a while and has now gotten out of control.
