Simply no respect. For themselves, for each other, for the property that they rent, for the environment (trash, litter, discarded butts), blocking driveways, being simply a public nuisance. This is a Culture, a Life Style that they are born into and live. One that No State or Government program can reverse. Common Sense cannot be taught or learned in later years. Lost generations.
