City of Cape May should be embarrassed by the entry way where Leaming Avenue turns to Elmira Street and how the bike lane simply ends with no warning. The stop signs are wonderful and a great safety feature, but It’s still extremely dangerous for bikers. Since all of the properties along Elmira have off street parking, maybe the City could eliminate parking spaces in lieu of a well marked and defined in both directions for Park Blvd to Broad Street, much like Pittsburgh Avenue.
