Can someone tell me why construction is going on in the summer? My family is trying to relax with the sound of hammers and saws. The workers park in front of vacation homes too. The cops said it's legal. Something needs to be done or I'm selling this house and buying somewhere else. I pay plenty of taxes to listen to this?
