Sea Isle City has so many pools in homeowners yards ,why isn't the City doing anything about the draining of these pools with chemicals going into storm drains and on neighbors properties these properties will be contaminated. who is going to pay for the clean up the City the Pool Co. Or the homeowner who installed these hole in the ground. We want an Ordinance passed to have this controlled!
