I applaud Middle Township for trying to curb the criminal behavior of some the people that call themselves homeless. Many are down on their luck and need assistance. But many others are petty criminals and drug addicts working the system with no regard for property owners or law and order. Middle’s balance approach is the best we can hope for to deal with a nationwide epidemic.
