I had the displeasure like many others here have commented about dealing with a dog running loose. From a house that Shore Animal Control is all too familiar with, and many have given up on calling for a resolution. But this evening it was not one, but two of their dogs. This family should not be permitted to have animals at all, ever. The one dog came after mine and while it may be all bark, and no bite I fear that give the right circumstances a child could be bitten. Shore Animal says they have been cited in the past but I am sure they never pay and more importantly never learn.
