It is amazing how much a single property in a neighborhood can drag down surrounding property values, even a block away. A single poorly maintained property, with trash, uncut grass (sorry weeds). Now with all the wood and other materials pilled up in front of the house looks like they are getting ready for a "Move" 2023 rebuild. But not on Osage Avenue or Powleton Village, but right here on the East Side.
