RE: The "Lifelong Resident on Perry Street" and your rant about the foreign workers making too much noise on your street. Without these "foreign workers" Cape May would be in dire straits. We look forward to them every year. They are good, hard working, dependable people. Some of these "foreign workers" hold two fulltime jobs. Where are the "local" workers? Hmmm. That's what I thought.
