I agree w/ the spouter saying WW police need to be more aggressive on the boardwalk. The kids are acting up and like any kid, they're pushing to see how far they can go. Nip it in the bud. Speaking of "bud" smoking ANYTHING on the boards is illegal so crack down on the potheads too please.
