Thank you to the second-home owners for trying to look out for the sustainability of our town. Unfortunately, you do not get to vote. Many of the year round residents go south and others are uncomfortable bringing up their concerns so that leaves the realtors, builders, and business people to control the town.. And, if a second home owner does offer constructive questioning, they are labeled as privileged or whiny.
