RE: The Cape May Canal comment on boats ignoring the No Wake Zone near the ferry terminal and racing at high speeds thru the canal jetty area. Why would boaters be any different from people driving their cars thru red lights, stop signs and ignore speed limits. On the water or on the black top, it's the "all about me" mentality today.
