Every day, people lose thousands of Dollars because digital information has been compromised. Thousand of people’s information was lost in breaches at Target and other major retailers. Even credit reporting bureaus have been hacked and thousands of IDs are being offered for sale on the dark web. Anybody who is naive enough to entrust access to their money by on-line “apps” etc. are asking for trouble. Now towns want us to put our money at risk to park at a meter. This is insanity. The people who market this digital junk are dancing in the streets. Some convenience comes at too high price.
