You can tell summer has arrived as our main highways Rt 9, parkway ,and roads running in and out of shore towns have increasing trash along roads as a result of out of staters throwing their trash on roads. These same out of state visitors also leave their trash on our beaches . State and local towns could fill their bank accounts with a little enforcement , instead more NJ tax dollars are used to hired people to pick up the trash left by out staters . NJ is worse State on East Coast for highway trash but NJ has highest on taxes on East Coast where does the taxes go
