Can anyone tell me that right here in the villas if you buy a home and turn it into an air BNB dont you have to notify all the neighbors around you with a written letter? I mean I'm not sure I wanna see strangers coming in and out of the house acrossed from me. That's new people every week are you kidding me???? This residential NOT commercial, and If that is allowed how does that work with taxes? Your making money weekly you should be paying more property taxes than anyone around you!
