The speed limit along Stone Harbor Blvd never should have been lowered just because someone new moved in or built along that road. First of all, nothing new should be built along a road that borders marsh. The State should use eminent domain to take all the properties bordering that road & demolish the homes, increase the speed back up to where it should be, and install terrapin barriers along the entire Blvd. That will make the road safe!
