Thanks NWW. I'm once again forced to listen to bad singing being blasted from a local restaurant...and I live close to Delaware Ave!!! It usually goes on until midnight even though the noise ordinance goes into effect at 11PM. But I've learned the hard way that there are no consequences for violating the ordinance...the cops can come out multiple times for an all night party but that's all they can do.
