The fact that the work being done on the Ocean View rest stop is not completed by now is a disgrace. It's been months of maybe 1 day of work every few weeks. Now that we have hundreds of thousands more cars daily passing by, it's only a matter of time before someone hits the concrete barriers 10 inches from traffic. Would love to hear the reasoning why it's still being worked on now that we are in the summer tourist season.
