hi i’m back with my dog park agenda. i keep reading all the spouts about how annoying dogs running on the beach, pooping and peeing on your lawns, and playing in the children’s parks are. am i dumb or is it likely avalon can afford to put up a square fence at the 8th st parks for <$10k and solve all these first world problems? i mean, that’s like only 40 of the new trash cans they just bought for everyone.
