Whitesboro Spouter: I agree with you you 100% on the ATV’s and dirt bikes. Not sure if Murphy’s new juvenile laws are the cause of lax law enforcement on this, and police hands may be tied, but it sounds like something Murphy would have his fingerprints on because he and his Attorney General seem to favor chaos. This isn’t a juvenile thing, it’s a safety thing. I used to ride, so I understand both sides, but I always walked my bike when crossing roads or public land. Because I knew my bike would be confiscated if I didn’t. Stay safe.
