RE: The Villas comment complaining about code enforcement in Lower Township. If you have an issue with a sloppy neighborhood, you need to call the Code Enforcement office and speak with them. They are not mind readers. They have responded promptly when I called about properties near me with unkept lawns and "junk" in the yards.
