The state of nj and Murphy lost a major battle over citizens rights to carry concealed firearms. Murphy wanted gun applicants to have liability insurance, no. He wanted to limit the areas where they can be carried, no. He wanted in person interviews to carry, no. Last but not least citizens can carry concealed on private property without having permission from the owner nor having to tell them. Excellent news for all of the lawful citizens who have already received their permits and the thousands getting them as I type this.
