I just looked at the plans for Icona's new project in The Crest. I read all about the big view issue. The motel rehab looks like a half dozen motels that are already on Ocean Ave. They are L shaped and built right out to the sidewalk. If they have been there 40 years why is this being treated like its something new? What a waste of time and money lawsuit.
