I am Retired Military and a collector of guns for 45 years from the civil war to present date. YOU and I are not going to convince ANY person on the Spout off forum on guns because their agenda is set in STONE. No matter what you try to explain, they don't care nor will they listen. They could care less what "Armalite" stands for, they could care less what ANY gun is or was used for. They don't care that EVERY gun, no matter how fast it shoots was once a weapon of war. Don't waist your breath and neither should any Conservative on here. They don't care!
