Something needs to be done with car alarms in the city. I live on a residential street where cars park which is fine. What I can't stand is people mindlessly turning on their car alarms only to have them go off multiple times a night, most of the time with nobody in sight. Last night was the latest example. a car alarm was constantly going off, only one time did I see a person walk by the car with their dog. The owner finally returned and when I confronted her she got nasty, got in her car and left.Folks locking your doors is good enough. Alarms are an unnecessary nuisance
