California Democratic state Sen. Steven Bradford is warning African Americans not to get their "hopes up" for massive reparations payments from the state. Yeah well that’s unfortunate for the people who actually believed that they would get an outrageous amount of money from a state that just miscalculated its budget by 10 billion.
