The Old Testament is full of illustrations of living a good and fruitful life, and also a horribly vile and evil life. But, the main purpose of this book is the prophecy of Jesus Christ. Who we know comes to abide with us in human form as part of a proud nation of people; who in turn brutally beat and kill our Holy Father . But just prior to His death on the cross He forgives them.
