I have decided not to purchase my annual parking permit in Wildwood and just park on any sidewalk anywhere since that is the norm now. Nothing to worry about. Just leave it there for months, even perhaps rent it out for sleep or storage. No enforcement ever. Or just park in the middle of the street, that works as well.
