I am so confused by the council members in stone harbor. How do you sit on council yet seem to have no idea about the employee jobs/functions in your own borough? How do you not understand that by combining positions you are in fact eliminating a position? Once that happens you will never regain those positions again. Seems the mayor is the only logical thinker and is the only person thinking ahead.
