I agree with the other spouters about annoying barking dogs. Good neighbors don’t subject their neighbors to loud music, barking dogs, overgrown weeds, fireworks, and any other nuisance that is disturbing People that want freedom to do whatever they want regardless of the negative effect on their surroundings usually have personal issues that we may never understand. My advice is to keep your distance from this individual.
