North Wildwood has lost a great man and no one in the city administration acknowledged him. Jack Rilling passed on Easter Sunday. North Wildwood residents know Jack from his over 20 years of services at the city owned recycle center. Not a single city official was at his memorial service. This is a man who was in his nineties at his passing and spent over 20 years without missing a day of work.
