I watched and listened from my porch as two police officers spent close to 25 minutes debating with a man over the fact that his car was unregistered, uninsured, speeding and he had a suspended DL. The guy was cursing and pointing his finger in the cops face. I remember when if you broke the law and were screaming at the cops you got locked up. They let him walk away as he was cursing at them. Sad days to be a cop.
